since we have been married my husband jokes that i only buy ingredients and not food at the store. I KIND OF LIKE THAT. these are my adventures of preparing meals with basic, real food ingredients and eliminating convenience foods.

Update
When I weighed this morning I had lost 2.0 pounds. Not bad at all and better than I thought it would be.

bravo! those 2 pounds add up over time...soon they add up to 10 and more...i lost 1.5 pounds this week :-) we are doing a wt loss challenge at my work...lost a little over 5 pounds so far...
